For all levels, absolute beginner to pro, this masterfully designed program will help you develop a new kind of body confidence and awareness.
We start with mastering basics in strength, mobility and boxing techniques as we progress to an efficient application of all techniques for a highly effective muscular and cardiovascular training session.
Sessions start with a strength and mobility component which utilizes body weight, kettlebells and suspension training. You will then progress to a true boxing session with careful instructions on proper technique. Next is the transition to intense heavy bag and pad work. By the end of the camp, you will advance into the sweet science of the sport.
These are no contact boxing sessions and definitely not a boxercise class…leg warmers are always welcome!
